ZUZU – A1048804
Gone 9-1-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 09/01/15*** ZUZU wasn’t asked how she felt about being carted into the ACC as a ‘stray’ which she probably isn’t. She is timid, but the assessor petted her. ZUZU in a quiet environement would probably become the sweetest cat you could imagine, she’s just about a year old. But ACC isn’t going to give her a chance to get out of there unless someone steps up to adopt or foster this sweet girl, who has a ‘dear in the headlights’ look thanks to their staff photographer. Tonight ZUZU deserves better than this-she deserves a good home-or a great foster with someone who can and will say ‘yes, we’ll do this together’. The stories that are yet to be written-but you must save her for her to save you….do it now. She does not have much time.

08/25/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Zuzu was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: retreats Reaction to touch: tries to aviod being touched Try picking cat up: Zuzu does not allow handling Placement Determination: Experience no child
