Romeo A1053341 – 11 week male orange tabby

Scan : negative

Sex: male

Approx 11 weeks

S/O: QAR, mild skin tent, clean EENT. Thoracic auscultation normal, Abdomen SNP. Mild hind end weakness and intermittent shaking during exam. Appears. nervous/malnourished and caller claimed bloody diarrhea. Did not eat right away. PanLeuk test negative

A: Dehydrated

P: Gave 20ml SQ LRS, placed in medical for monitoring appetite and hydration. Recheck tomorrow

PROGNOSIS:GOOD
