SAFE 10/20/15 – 11-Year Old PRECIOUS Is A Doll! Long-Timer Kitty Here Since August 7 NEEDS YOU! A volunteer writes: Precious is a mature lady who is precious like a diamond, stunning and brilliant. She is a gray and white with a cute face and a black nose. She enjoys your company and is happy to have it. Precious is a sweet lady who really needs a new home. Give her one and she will return her love to you and bring some happiness to you.

Precious A0542815 – 11 yr. spayed gray/white cat
Precious is a gray and white spayed female 11 year old domestic shorthair cat who is being surrendered because her owner passed away. Precious was surrendered with limited information.
Precous lived with 3 adults and 2 other cats. Precious was affectionate with one of the other cats at home but defensive to the other. There were no small children or dogs in the home. Precious used a litter box with clay litter.
Precious is tolerant of a bath but may struggle and does not mind nail trims. She enjoys being picked up and brushed.
Precious enjoys a scratching post made of carpet. Sometimes she will scratch wood doors. When the family is home she likes to be where they are. Precious eats dry food.
Upon intake Precious was not handled counselor was able to scan for microchiop (positive) but did not collar or photograph.
Owner Profile: Precious was bought into the care center due to her owner passing away. Precious lived with three adults and two other cats. Precious was affectionate with one of the cats at home but defensive to the other. Precious did not live with children or dogs so her behavior towards thwm remain unknown. Precious is litter box trained.
Notes: Precious at the time of the assessment was displaying friendly behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Precious is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
