08/14/15 14:11 Lestat was trapped on Bryant ave in the bronx. The finder is a frequent client and she says that he walked right into the trap. He is friendly and she fed him. Behavior during intake Lestat is very friendly. He allowed all handling-scanning(-), collaring and photographs. He wanted attention and allowed all petting. He was very easy to handle.

Reaction to assessor: Lestat was calm, relaxed, and friendly upon approach. He head-butts the wall and comes to the front when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Lestat remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Lestat head-butts, leans on the assessor’s hand, and begins to purr. When the assessor stops petting him, he continues to head-butt to solicit more attention. Reaction to being picked up: Lestat allows handling, but becomes tense and prefers to be on all four paws. Behavior Determination: Average Lestat interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
