04/01/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Cisneros looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Cisneros remains crouched down facing the assessor on her cage bedding, alert with pupils fully dilated. Reaction to touch: Cisneros retreats away from the assessor’s hand, eyes wonder and attempts to escape her cage. Placement determination: NH ONLY is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
