LEO – A1031384
4-1-2015
SAFE***LITTLE LEO WAS BROUGHT IN FROM THE BRONX UNDERNOURISHED AND STARVED. THE OWNER STATED ON SURRENDER FORM HE WAS BROUGHT IN ‘BECAUSE HE EATS TOO MUCH!!!!!’ There are times one must question if ACC ever decides to look into cruelty charges for the animals brought in to them…this is a prime case. LEO is a very young cat, and he was relinquished by an ‘owner’. When asked why, the ‘owner’ declared little LEO, who is 4 years old and weighs just 5.9 lbs ‘eats too much’ and when asked what kind of owner would be best for Leo states ‘one that can feed him big bags!’ Why wasn’t this person arrested? But they weren’t, and sweet, darling Leo holds no animosity to anyone, no, he rolled over and purred during his assessment, and kneaded the air. LEO needs love, he needs nourishment, and most of all, he needs you. Don’t let the ACC finish what this sorry excuse for a former owner started!!!! SAVE PURRING little LEO tonight!!!!!
