AVERAGE RATED ANNABELLE CAME INTO THE SHELTER AS A HEALTHY STRAY – NOW THAT SHE CAUGHT THE COLD SHE IS TO DIE FOR IT FRIDAY! Annabelle is a friendly girl who someone happened to notice coming around so she stuffed her into a DUFFEL BAG and dumped her in the ACC! Didn’t even think it could be a lost pet!! Annabelle is a friendly girl and about a year and a half old. She allowed all petting and handling and certainly would make a wonderful pet. HELP ANNABELLE ESCAPE DEATH BY CONTACTING A RESCUE NOW TO SAVE HER!!

Reaction to assessor: Annabelle looks neutral in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Annabelle remains lying down on her cage bedding, immobile in place. Reaction to touch: Annabelle accepts the stroke, head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: She calmly jumped back into her cage. Placement determination: Average Annabelle interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
