These little angels are positively purrfect—calm, affectionate, friendly (Sweetie received an awesome pawesome average rating) and would be purrfect companions to anyone. Sweetie came into the shelter purrfectly healthy back on 7/25 and how that she has caught a couple of curable kitty sniffles, the ACC has decided to “cure” her with a lethal injection when noon tomorrow rolls around. If you are outraged and ready to BE THE SOMEBODY in “somebody do something,” please reserve Sweetie online tonight. Transportation is available by contacting a NH partner (available if you live within a few hours of NYC). This lovely lady is ready to be your new couch companion. Don’t let her down. SOCIALIZATION Sweetie and Pink Pink are friendly/outgoing with strangers. They have spent time with children and lived with 2 other female cats and a dog. They’re relaxed, affectionate, playful, and tolerant with female cats, children, and dogs. They play exuberantly with all people. A male cat visited them and they swatted him and chased him away. They’ve never bit/scratched anyone. BEHAVIOR Sweetie and Pink Pink enjoy being brushed, picked up, and held. They don’t mind being put in a carrier or woken up. FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW Sweetie and Pink Pink’s family describes them as friendly, affectionate, playful, mellow, confident, obedient, and medium energy. They follow and sit on their owner. They like to play with balls. They lived inside and ate dry and wet Meow Mix food. Sweetie like pork rinds and Pink Pink likes Captain Crunch Cereal and Noodle Cups. They are littertrained and use their uncovered litterbox with clumping litter without having accidents. They scratch their carpeted and rope-covered cat tree in addition to the leather couch. INTAKE Sweetie and Pink Pink had soft, relaxed bodies while we pet, scanned (-), collared, positioned for pictures, picked up, and put them in kennels. They rubbed against us, were very easy to handle, and didn’t resist/retreat/vocalize.

As per previous owner, Sweetie is friendly and outgoing with strangers. She is relaxed, affectionate, playful, and tolerant with female cats, children, and dogs. She plays exuberantly with people. Around a male cat, she swatted at him and chased him away, but she has never bitten or scratched anyone. She enjoys being brushed, picked up and held, and doesn’t mind being put in a carrier. Sweetie is described as friendly, affectionate, playful, mellow, confident, and obedient with a medium energy level. Behavior Determination: Average Sweetie interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems.
