***SAFE 08/11/15***LOVING AND AFFECTIONATE GINGERBREAD MAN NEEDS YOU-BE LIONEL’S HERO! A volunteer writes, “Lionel is a gorgeous, precocious cuddle-bunny and escape artist. He was so happy to have some petting — he just loves the cheek scratches — indeed, the only thing he was interested in more than petting was getting out of that cage! He actually made it to the floor once, but didn’t get far (this old-timer knows your tricks, Kitty!). Truly, this adorable orange face is going to liven up someone’s home in a wonderful way!” Four year old Lionel came into the shelter back on 7/25 along with his fellow creamsicle friend, Hobbs due to their owner’s “personal problems.” Lionel is positively purrfect—playful, loves to cuddle, likes to sleep in his owner’s bed and is just an all around great boy who would fit in purrfectly in any home. He aced his behavior eval with an awesome pawesome average rating and is ready to be your furever friend. Lionel is neutered and good to go. Can you open up your heart and home to this great gingerbread man? Please reserve him online or contact a MH rescue for help with transportation. Make the call for lovable Lionel! Save a life. Make a difference.
