Reaction to Assessor: Speedy was calm and relaxed upon approach. He looks at the assessor with relaxed eyes when softly spoken to. Reaction to cage door opening: Speedy remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Speedy was a little hesitant at first, but remains in place and warms up to touch. After a little while, he starts to head-butt and purr. Reaction to being picked up: Speedy remains calm and allows handling. Behavior Determination: Average Speedy interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
