***SAFE 08/24/15*** BEGINNER SWEETHEART SPIKE WAS DUMPED WITH HER HOUSEMATES DUE TO PERSONAL PROBLEMS BUT ALSO OWNER CITES A FIRE AS A REASON – NOW THIS POOR CAT IS GOING TO DIE FOR HAVING A COLD! SPIKE is a very striking calico girl who was said to have lived with other cats, children and a dog. SPIKE was said to be playful with the dog and in general a very friendly and affectionate cat. SPIKE has been a sweetie in the shelter – and was rubbing, chirping and meowing for attention. She got the highest BEGINNER rating and we can certainly see why. But sadly if someone doesn’t pull this adorable cat from the list now, she stands no chance at NOON MONDAY. SPIKE NEEDS YOU TO CONTACT A RESCUE NOW TO PULL HER TO SAFETY. NO CAT SHOULD DIE FOR HAVING A COLD THAT THE SHELTER GAVE THEM. SPIKE DESERVES A FUREVER HOME.
