SKIPPY – A1056914
Safe 11-20-2015 Manhattan
***SAFE 11/20/15***SKIPPY was found out of the Finders’ building and they kept him a few days then brought him to the ACC. Guess they didn’t realize that it’s a matter of LIFE or DEATH now for the 3 year old! He was quite the charmer during assessment and earned a PERFECT BEGINNER rating! PLEASE offer to FOSTER or ADOPT SKIPPY. He didn’t deserve to be brought to this place and didn’t deserve to wait on living or DYING here!

11/04/15 15:55 BASIC INFO Skippy A1056914 is an approximately 1 year old domestic shorthair cat. He is being surrendered to the shelter because he was found outside of finder’s building a few days ago. Finder took him in and fed him dry food. They stated that he was friendly with another cat in the home. Skippy did use the litter box in the home. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE: Skippy allowed all handling during intake and photos. He walked to the back of the kennel and then to the front to eat.
11/15/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: I glanced up at the top corner kennel in Cat Castle, the large cat room at the Manhattan Center. Sitting and looking very observant, interested, and friendly was this handsome black and white cat. I went up to say hello, and was very glad that I had. Skippy came in as a stray so we don’t know his past, but he definitely loves people. I pet him and was rewarded with many purrs and just as many head butts. A great friend and companion awaits, he has been rated a beginner cat, but don’t let that stop you if you’re an advanced cat parent.
