PBJ – A1058155
Gone 11-23-2015 Brooklyn
***GONE 11/23/15***PBJ was trapped and carted into the ACC from OZONE PARK, QUEENS! She’s only a year old and allowed herself to be petted though she was scared. There are, sadly, in that area many people who regard cats as ‘pests’ and may very well have done this and not cared that this shy and frightened little girl, only here on this earth for a year, would be killed. PBJ with a little time and love would be a wonderful companion who would fit nicely into anyone’s home…she just needs a little patience. Please save this sweet girls life tonight! She allowed petting and may well be lost or let go by someone, or allowed to wander. Should she be executed because of that? SAVE PBJ now!

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: PBJ does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: PBJ does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: PBJ remains motionless Reaction to touch: PBJ stress meows when touched but allows it Try picking cat up: PBJ is tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Behavior Determination: Experience At the time of the assessment PBJ was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. I was also able to pick her up and although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
