They’re nervous during baths. FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW Mona and Mittens’ family describes them as friendly, affectionate, playful, confident, talkative, and high energy. They know their names and talk to their owners. They follow them around and sit in their laps. They like to play with balls. Mona and Mittens lived inside and slept on a shelf above the fire place, always together. They ate dry seafood Purina food. They’re littertrained and used an uncovered litterbox inside a wooden box with clumping litter. They used to scratch the leather couch and mattress. Their family put double sided tape on the furniture and got them a vertical carpeted scratching post. They stopped scratching the furniture and started scratching the post. INTAKE Mona and Mittens had soft bodies while we handled them-scanned (-), collared, pet, picked up, positioned for pictures, and put in carriers. Mona head butted us. Mittens was lethargic and wincing/keeping his eyes closed, curled up in his kennel. Mona lied down and her eyes were a little squinty. They were easy to handle and didn’t resist/retreat/vocalize.
