07/20/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to Assessor: Mick was low against the ground upon approach. When softly spoken to, he lowers his eyes and starts to breathe rapidly. Reaction to cage door opening: Mick remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Mick becomes stiff but remains immobile throughout the interaction. His ears bend sideways and he closes his eyes. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Mick tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
