07/02/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Light Bright was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. He seems to not be thriving in this environment and at the time of the assessment Light Bright was displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and may require further investigation before placement in a home. He is extremely fearful and currently does not tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front When spoken quietly: does not come to front, becomes nervous Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless Reaction to touch: retreats, does not allow petting, very fearful, may attempt to strike Placement Determination: NewHope
