LASER EYES – A1037468

5-29-2015 Brooklyn

Previous | Next

**GONE 05/29/15** Leave it to the ACC to boast about how many pets they successfully find homes for, on their website, while killing many other adoptable pets and keeping it pretty hush-hush. LASER EYES is a gorgeous 4-year-old cat, perfectly healthy, with an EXPERIENCE rating, and the shelter has only given her 4 days in which to catch someone’s eye. She has a fractured tooth and a kitty cold, both of which are completely manageable by competent vets. Please make sure LASER EYES gets her freedom ride tomorrow, by sharing her far and wide for a foster/adopter, tonight!

05/27/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Laser Eyes was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to was seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and remained motionless when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer but after a steady slow approach using soft voices she relaxed a little and I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch (2) Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Placement Determination:Experience
