Jeal Luke – A1047056 – 14 yr. neutered brown tabby, OS
BASIC INFORMATION
Jeal Luke is a declawed, brown tabby that is 14 years old. Luke was bought from a pet store when he was just a kitten. Owner had to surrendering both of his cat Jeal Luke and Sofia A1047058 because he is moving to an apartment that does not allow any animals. Jeal Luke has been taken to the veterinarian and has no known illness.
SOCIALAZATION
Jeal Luke has been around children of various ages. He is very gentle and relaxed around children ages infant through teen. Jeal Luke enjoys being around adults, he is mostly gentle and affectionate. He approaches stranger that visit the home and accept gentle strokes. Jeal Luke grew up with another cat name Sofia A1047058. They follow each other around the house and lounge around together. He has also been around small breed dogs and is relaxed around them.
BEHAVIOR
Jeal Luke has no concerning behavior. When he is wary of stranger he hides and then approach to sniff. He has never got a bath nor had his nail trimmed. He enjoys having his coat brushed occasionally. At times he struggles going into his carrier but managed to relax after a few. Jeal Luke always uses her litter box but at times misses and eliminates near the litter box. He is not bother when being picked up or held for a long period of time.
FOR NEW FAMILIES TO KNOW
Jeal Luke is described as very relaxed, affectionate and mellow. Throughout most of the day he lounges around the house and sleep. He enjoys sleeping on blanking spread on the floor. He had a hooded litter box and will use any brand of litter. Jeal Luke seeks for attention and purrs when being petted. He does care much for cat toys or treats. He enjoys unlimited dry cat food preferably Meow Mix. Jeal Luke is good for any family because of his gently personality.
BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE
Upon intake Jeal Luke was very soft and relaxed. He allowed being picked up and held. He seek attention from counselor and purred. He allowed being collard, photographed and scanned (negative). He was very friendly and affection throughout the intake.
