Reaction to assessor: Fiona appears alert at the back of the kennel when approached by the assessor. Reaction to cage opening: Fiona remains alert when the cage is opened. Reaction to touch: Fiona comes forward when a hand is extended, rubs her head on the assessor’s hand but retreats from touch on her back. During the handling, Fiona spooked at any noise, jumping and turning to face the source of the noise with eyes wide. Placement determination: Experience No Child Fiona tolerates some handling but seems uncomfortable in the care center environment. She may do best in a quiet, stable environment. We recommend Fiona go to a home with experienced cat parents and without children.
