**GONE 11/28/15** WHAT’S A NICE GIRL LIKE EMIL DOING IN A PLACE LIKE THE ACC?? EMIL was in a parking lot. Was she crossing it? Did she like to hang out there? Was she abandoned there? No one know. She was trapped and brought to the ACC where she got a NEW HOPE rating…Even the ACC admits that EMIL is more fearful than aggressive….she just wants to hide. IF YOU CAN GIVE EMIL THE TIME AND PATIENCE SHE NEEDS, PLEASE CONTACT A NEW HOPE RESCUE NOW!! FOSTERING is FREE & SAVES LIVES!! EMIL NEEDS SAVING TONIGHT!!

I am a female black and white domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 1 YEAR

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/23/2015 from NY 10460, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

11/24/2015 Exam Type VACCINATE – Medical Rating is 1 – NORMAL , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 7.5 LBS.

scanned neg intact female (presumed) approx 1 year old. s/o: feral behavior although more fearful than aggresive. Did bite leather gloves, but was well behaved once in freeman net. heart amd lungs wnl oral seems normal full exam not possible confirmed female a: healthy p: appiled activyl

11/23/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
11/23/15 Emil A1058769 is 1 yr old Black & white Dsh who was trapped in a parking lot and brought in by his finder. During intake emil was transferred to a ferrel den from the trap his pupils were dilated and ears pushed back. He kept a low body posture and stood to the back of the cage.He was scanned (-) and photgraphed from within the feral den.

11/27/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Emil looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Emil remains hiding in her cat den, alert with pupils dilated. Reaction to touch: Emil does not allow the stroke, hisses and strikes at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Emil is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
