I am a neutered male gray and white domestic lh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 04/22/2015 from NY 10460, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

04/23/2015 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 7.0 LBS.

VC: 3rd eyelids up, thin BARH. MM pk. EENT: Eyes clr. Oral – mild tartar but some gingivitis. MPND. Sneezing. MSI: Slightly thin, BCS= 3/9, ambx 4, good haircoat. CV: HR=200, 3/6 murmur, nsr. L: clr and eup. Cat is friendly but resists restraint. A) URI. Heart murmur. P) Move to iso note. Doxy 0.7 cc po sid x 10 d.

04/22/15 14:01 Elijah was found wandering around a Zoo. He is very social and allowed both his finder and the counselor to hold him. He constantly rubbed his head against the cousnelor kept attempting to solicit attention. He would only sit still for his photograph while being petted. Elijah cired when the counslor left, but would remain quiet as long as the counselor continuted to pet and show Elijah affection.

Reaction to assessor: Elijah immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Elijah remains at the front of the cage, soft and relaxed, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Elijah head-butts the assessor’s hand, purrs, and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Elijah interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
