I am a female blk tabby and black domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 4 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 06/25/2015 from NY 10032, owner surrender reason stated was OWNER HOSP. I came in with Group/Litter #K15-019991.

08/13/2015 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is AVERAGE, Weight 8.0 LBS.
08/13/15 09:28 S/O: in medical due to lethargy/V/D. underweight body condition 2-3/9. possibly icteric 3rd eyelids. dehydrated. continues to have watery/mucousy/slightly blood tinged diarrhea. possible vomit spot in cage. dose not seem to be interested in eating any food A: r/o GI disease (IBD/lymphoma) vs. pancreatitis vs. metabolic disease (kidney or liver disease) vs. viral (panleukopenia – tested negative) vs. neoplasia P: try againt today to get full blood work (we were not able to get blood yesterday even with multiple attempts) — CBC/Chem and CT continue LRS (increase to 75 ml SQ BID) continue metronidazole gave one dose of dia-gel PO this morning add cerenia 0.3 ml SQ SID x 3 days give 3.75 mg mirtazapine PO once today S/O: in medical for observation due to vomiting on 8/9. large amount of bloody diarrhea (possibly vomit?) found in litterbox. on PE: dehydrated, QAR, abdomen is soft and intestines are fluid filled, purring during auscultation, severe dental disease (oligodontia and fractured teeth). parvo tested on 8/9 and was negative. A: Diarrhea Vomiting Dehydrated Dental disease P: Continue LRS and metronidazole as previously Rx Run CBC/Chemistry Run Combo test

Reaction to touch: Aries head-butts the assessor’s hand in place and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: She calmly jumps back into her cage. Placement determination: Average Aries interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
