09/01/15 09:00 Ganges Lila A1049919 is a young female brown tabby & white unknown age at the moment feline whom was found in the yard of a regular client. The finder is unable to take in any more animals and brings in the strays that wander onto their yard. The finder stated they placed food into the carrier and Ganges Lila walked right in to eat. During intake Ganges Lila was very curious coming out of the carrier. She allowed all handling. She allowed us to scan (-), collar and take her pictures including positioning her during the photo session. When picked up/held Ganges Lila meowed but didn’t resist and was placed into a kennel with ease.

09/04/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Lila looks neutral in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Lila remains crouched down by the front of the cage, meowing attention. Reaction to touch: Lila head-butts the assessor’s hand and purrs in place, but while the hand retreats away from Lila she began to swat, nip, and hiss. Placement determination: Experience / no child Lila tolerates attention and petting but may be stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
