PE: EENT WNL, PLN WNL, ORAL EXAM WNL, THORACIC AUSC WNL, ABD PALP WNL, M/S WNL, SKIN/HAIR SMALL ABRASION ON LOWER CHIN. NOSF
PLAN; PROVIDING TAB OINTMENT BID FOR 7 DAYS. MINIMAL CONCERN ON EXAM. CONTINUED MONITORING WHILE AT MACC.
PROGNOSIS IS GOOD
S/O: re-exam for losing weight. nervous in the cage. audible nasal congestion.

Start amoxi/clav 0.8 ml PO BID x 10 days (chose this over doxy due to concurrent wound)

Reaction to assessor: Gadget looks neutral in her cage when approached by the assessor.
Reaction to door opening: Gadget remains crouched down on her cage bedding, alert with eyes wide open.
Reaction to touch: Gadget head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body.
Reaction to Being Picked up: She becomes antsy then jumps back into her cage.
Placement determination: Average
Gadget interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
