moist dermatitis OS r/o 2nd to pruritic ears

severe otitis AU r/o underlying dz process

P: Cleaned OU w/ cold compress> Erythromycin OU con’t bid as prev rx’d

Cleaned w/ sterile water rec flush daily x 3 days

Baytril 22.7 mg/ml 0.8 ml sq sid x 7 days

Buprenex 0.3 mg/ml 0.15 ml sq bid x 7 days

Reaction to assessor: Obie immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage.

Reaction to door opening: Obie remains at the front of the cage, soft and relaxed, soliciting attention.

Reaction to touch: Obie rubs on the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and

body.

Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm.

Placement determination: Beginner

Obie interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.

This cat can go to a beginner home.
