FELIX D CAT – A1052424
Gone 10-3-2015 Manhattan
**GONE 10/03/15** SECOND CHANCE FOR MR. FELIX D CAT….NEW HOPE RESCUE needed for FELIX D CAT, tonight! This NEUTERED SENIOR gent was cruelly yanked from his home and handed over to the ACC, by a former owner who decided that their “personal problems” trumped any consideration of this good boy. Understandably, FELIX D CAT is freaked out by his betrayal, and his new surroundings, so he has not wasted any time in trying to kiss up to the ACC staff. Always quick to slap a New Hope rating on a scared senior, the ACC have decided a foster/adopter needs to jump through an extra hoop if they want to save FELIX D CAT. Don’t wait another minute! If you can foster or adopt him, please send an email to our help desk at [email protected] and our trained volunteers will guide you toward a New Hope rescue who can help. Otherwise, please pledge toward his care and share FELIX D CAT to safety, tonight!

Reaction to touch: Felix accepts a stroke then sat up in place and began to hiss and swat at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Felix is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. He is stressed in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting.
