05/28/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Cookie looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Cookie remains crouched down facing the back of her cage. Reaction to touch: Cookie turned her head at the assessor with eyes fully dilated and ears back. She did not allow the stroke then hisses and growls at the hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Cookie is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
