Medical Summary Scan: 981020017048134 Sex: spayed Approx 16 weeks Hx: Return adopt, owner claimed took cat to vet, and they suggested dermatophytes S/O: BARH, mild unilateral serous nasal discharge, no ocular discharge. Spay scar is healing, mild swelling likey due to suture reaction, no erytehma or excessive discharge to indicate infection. 1cm patch of alopecia on palmar aspect of left rear tarsus. No scale or erythema. Wood’s lamp negative, trichogram unable to identify fungal organisms. DTM unavailable A: Alopecia, possible ringworm P: STart doxycycline 0.4ml PO SID x 10days prophylactically, bi-weekly lyme dips. Run DTM when available PROGNOSIS: EXCELLENT

Yahtzee is stray Grey Tabby that was found near his finder’s job. He is shy at first but able to warm up to individuals. He hasn’t been exposed to kids, cats or dogs. He eats Friskies wet food and is litter box trained; he uses an uncovered box with clay litter. He is described at friendly and playful. During intake Yahtzee allowed handling to collared and photographed.
