Finder stated he has a bunch of cats in his backyard and has been trying to catch them all. He is unable to keep Wuzzle due to him having a pet in his house.

Reaction to assessor: Hiding in den when I approach. (3) Reaction to being spoken to quietly: Continues to hide. (3) Reaction to cage door opening: Stiff and alert. (3) Reaction to touch: Moves away and tries to flee cage. (4) Notes: Wuzzle came to the shelter as a stray, so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies in a home environment. At the time of the assessment, Wuzzle is exhibiting fearful behavior. She avoids interaction with the assessor and does not allow handling. Wuzzle is displaying behavior suited to rescue partners.
