WOOZERS – A1049165
GONE 08/31/15 Woozers is having a hard time in his new environment. His human brought him in, surrendered him with no reason whatsoever. And that began the downfall of Woozers. Woozers probably only knew one home, at only 2 years, it is safe to assume that. So when the only human he has ever known left him, he got nervous and scared. And rightfully so. Woozers is not cooperating at the ACC, which is making it VERY easy for them to kill him. Difficult behavior? throw him on the euth list!!!! Woozers needs a new friend, one that won’t abandon him at the drop of a hat. Woozers has a lot of competition tonight, there are 39 other cats on the list, and he needs some help from a NEW HOPE rescue group to get out alive. All it takes is ONE person willing to foster/adopt him—share him for that person before it is too late. He is counting on you.

08/29/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Woozers was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. He seems to not be thriving in this environment and at the time of the assessment. Woozers was displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and may require further investigation before placement in a home. He is extremely fearful and currently does not tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: becomes stiff, alert Reaction to touch: growls, hisses, strikes, does not allows petting at all Try picking cat up: did not attempt to pick up Woozers, fractious behavior Placement Determination: NewHope
