11/13/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
11/13/15 17:04 Basic Information: Midnight is a 4 year old neutered male who was given to his previous owner as a gift. She had him since he was 3 weeks old but had to surrender because she can no longer afford to care for him. Midnight has no known injuries or health issues. The last time he went to the vet was when he was 3 weeks old. The two things his previous owner liked most about him were; he loves to quiet and he is mellow. Social Life and Personality: Around children 10 months old Midnight is relaxed and affectionate but doesn’t play. He is also relaxed and affectionate around cats and when he plays he is exuberant. He has not been around dogs. He is litter box trained and was kept indoors only. His activity level is low and he can be described as playful, shy, friendly, assertive, quiet, affectionate and independent. Behavior: Midnight has never bitten a person or animal. When given baths he struggles and tries to run away. He tolerates having his nails trimmed. He enjoys his coat being brushed and being picked up or held. If he is disturbed while sleeping he isn’t bothered. For a New Family to Know: Midnight used clumping cat litter in a hooded litter box. He liked to play with balls and string and he had a scratching post made of sandpaper and grass. When his previous owner was home Midnight would tend to follow her around and when he played he was gentle. In car rides he meows/cries. He ate both wet 9 lives and dry Meow Mix. Behavior during intake: Midnight head-butted, he allowed me to colar him, pet him and he sat for pictures without showing any signs of aggression.
