Upon intake cat was very vocal and displayed alert behavior. His pupils were slightly dialated, head held high examining his surroundings, and tail kept straight out towards the floor. He allowed to be picked up, rubbed, and collared by an admissions counselor. Cat scanned negative for a microchip.
