I am a neutered male brn tabby domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 3 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 11/03/2015 from NY 11432, owner surrender reason stated was ABANDON.

11/08/2015 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 7.9 LBS.
11/08/15 VC – RECHECK STOMATITIS S/O: Cat is QAR, tongue still protruding from mouth, there is severe inflammation of the lower left gingiva, cat resents oral exam A: Stomatitis DDx: Periodontal dz, Squamous cell carcinoma or other neoplasia, eosinophilic granuloma, open P: Will inform management and NH of new med status. Recommend dental work-up including biopsy of affected gingiva on placement PROGNOSIS: Will depend on cause of inflammation Fair-Good if stomatitis and managed appropriately Guarded if SCC 11/05/15 S/O: Cat noted to have tongue out on rounds. Cat is missing most of teeth and gums are moderately-severely inflammed. The cat is eating wet food. A: Moderate-severe gingivitis and/or stomatitis P: Start on Clindamycin and Bupi; put on tech check for combo test; recheck 3 days; may need full mouth extractions on placement PROGNOSIS: Good if Combo Test neg. and with full mouth extractions

Behavior Determination: Average At the time of the assessment Tommy was displaying shy behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Tommy is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
