S/O: Cat is QAR/depressed, crying in cage, able to move about but not walking; ate small amount last night, does not seem interested in eating this am; urine+ in cage
A: Neurologic status the same as on presentation
P: Repeated 0.1cc Buprenorphine 0.5mg/mL SQ, email NH to see if they can find placement, 4pm deadline
scan: neg.
sex: female spayed (left ear tip)
est age: 1-2yrs
S/O:
Appearance: QAR, crying, hissing, but not attempting to bite
Integument: Fleas
EENT: OU clear, Dark debris AU, No nasal d/c
Oral cavity: MM pink, CRT <2sec, Healthy dentition
H/L: No murmur or arrhythmias, Lungs clear
ABD: Soft non painful
U/G: WNL
M/S: Needs assistance standing
BCS: 3-4/9
Neuro: CP deficits x 4, head tilt to left, falling
A: Fleas, Ear Mites, Neurological Dz DDx: Infectious, Trauma, Toxin, Open
P: Gave 0.1cc Buprenorphine 0.5mg/mL SQ, repeat q12h for pain; reassess tomorrow am
PROGNOSIS:
