SNORLAX LIKES THINGS SUBTLE.......No loud noises, no fast moves...just things nice and gentle so he has time to get used to them. Found as a stray in someone's yard, SNORLAX will blossom given time and patience. Alas, the ACC never gives that so SNORLAX is on the list tonite.....PLEASE STEP UP FOR THE UNDERCAT TONITE!! SNORLAX is not a lap cat......yet!! BUT YOU CAN GIVE HIM THE CHANCE TO BE ONE IF YOU FOSTER OR ADOPT!!

04/15/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Snorlax was brought to the shelter as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer but after a steady low approach using soft voices she relaxed a little and I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although he was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to my presence and touch (2) Try picking cat up: tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Placement Determination: Experience
