04/14/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Ken looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Ken remains hiding in her cat den, alert with dilated pupils. Reaction to touch: Ken does not allow the stroke, hisses, and strikes at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Ken is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. He is extremely fearful in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting.
