SAFE 04/13/15 – STONE – A1031569 – BROOKLYN, NY
4-13-2015
STONE is an adorable one year old tabby girl who came to ACC healthy and a tad nervous. After being subjected to germs and stress, it comes as no surprise that Stone now has the shelter cold and a spot on tomorrow’s kill list. Stone is a sweetheart who needs a place to heal from her cold. Please open your heart and home to this wonderful girl tonight.

04/02/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Stone was brought to the shelter as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer but after a steady low approach using soft voices she relaxed a little and I was able to pet her and interact with her in a limited way. Although she was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: retreats (2) Reaction to touch: Retreats/ allows petting (2) Reaction to toy or novel object: shows no interest in playing (3) Try picking cat up: Did not attempt ,fearful. Placement Deremination: Experience
