GONE 04/11/15 – FOREST – A1032395 – BROOKLYN, NY
QUARTET OF SWEET BUT SCARED KITTIES NEED RESCUE ANGELS! Green, a brown tabby and her feline friends, Forest, Purple and Magento, a trio of small panthers are all about one year old and need us to advocate for them tonight. These four sweethearts came in as strays by a trapper but none of them display any fractious behavior and allow for some petting and attention. They are mostly healthy and would be extremely thankful to the kind purrson (or purrsons) who offer them a new leash on life. These little angels have had a rough go of it lately but you have the chance to turn things around for them. Green and her pals can be reserved online or contact a NH rescue for help in arranging transportation. Let’s help write happy endings to these sweet but scared kitties’ sad tales.

04/09/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Forest was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer . I was able to pet him and interact with her in a very limited way. Although he was tense no fractious behavior was display. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: ignores me completely (2) Reaction to door cage opening: retreats (3) Reaction to touch: moves away from me to avoid being touched (3) Try picking cat up: not tolerant of this type of handling, Placement Determination: Experience no child
