TIGER – A1057381

***GONE 11/22/15***TERRIFIC TIGER NEEDS NEW FRIEND! A volunteer writes: Tiger has been around children aged 2-3 years old and played very gently with them, and was described by his previous owner as respectful of other cats. He had just arrived in adoptions when I met him, so he was a little nervous. Within about an hour he was very friendly and happy to get attention. He is a big guy, more of him to love and cuddle, if he is given a healthy diet and opportunities to play and exercise, maybe a little less wouldn’t be a bad idea. He is described as having a moderate energy level. Sounds about just right to me. If ever there was an award for Dumbest Cat Owner of the Year, Tiger’s former owner would be in strong contention. After being a faithful feline friend since kittenhood, terrific eight year old Tiger was sadly surrendered since he was “showing signs of sickness for the past five days.” Did this moron ever hear of taking a cat to a vet? No! Instead this super sweet and affectionate fella gets dumped at the kill happy shelter! Ugh!!!! Tiger is neutered, a zaftig 20 plus pounds—which only means that there’s more of him to love. He is a giant mush with a heart of gold, neutered, likes to sleep in bed with his owner, loving, tolerant of small kids—a total package!!! His “health concern?” a cold that he caught at the germ infested shelter—totally curable with antibiotics. Please if you ever thought of stepping up—here’s your chance to be THE SOMEBODY in somebody do something. Offer to foster of adopt Tiger. You can reserve him online but if you contact one of our NH partners, transportation of this affectionate angel can be made directly to your doorstep. This is definitely the kind of kitty you want to spend the holidays and everyday with. Don’t let the irresponsibility and stupidity of one pet owner cost this incredible guy his precious life. Make the call for terrific Tiger now and be the change that you want to see in the world!!!
