*** SAFE 06/05/15 *** PEOPLE ARE SAYING NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS TWO YEAR OLD DUO…..About TIGER: A staff member writes: Tiger seems to have lost her roar, and it’s about time she gets it back. If you’re looking for a shy, soft-spoken kitty, Tiger is the one for you. She’ll need a slow approach, but she’s definitely interested in head rubs once you show her a soft touch. Adopt Tiger and let her loose in your jungle! AND LET’S NOT FORGET ABOUT PIGLET: A staff member writes: Piglet has the tiniest, smushiest face, even if she doesn’t like it being smushed all that much. She will need some time to warm up and chill out, but once she does she’ll be your favorite cuddle bug, or pig! Just like the cartoon Piglet, this girl is a bit timid, but she’s ready to step up to the plate and conquer the unknown of a new home. Come take a roll in the mud with Piglet! THESE TWO LOVELIES NEED A HOME TONIGHT!! OFFER TO FOSTER OR ADOPT!!

05/01/15 13:46 Tiger is a gray tabby around 2 years of age. She was found by her along with her sister Piglet (A1034939) when they were neonates. The finders have been supervising them and providing food and water to them for the last year. The cats also use a litter box. At intake Tiger stayed quiet in her carrier. The counselor had the finder transfer the cat to another carrier, but she allowed the counselor to collar and scan her.

05/05/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Notes: Tiger was bought to the care center by her previous owners because they became to much to financially care for. At the time of the assessment she was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Retreats as I started to get closer. Does not allow much handling. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents. Reaction to assessor: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) When spoken quietly: does not come to front but remains neutral (2) Reaction to door cage opening: remains motionless (2) Reaction to touch: tries to avoid being touched(2) Try picking cat up: not tolerant of this type of handling, fearful.
