MILDLY HYPOTHERMIC

PAINFUL MOUTH – PATIENT WOULD NOT OPEN MOUTH FOR VERY LONG – RESENTED OPENING, BUT ABLE TO SEE THAT CENTRAL TONGUE HAD LARGE LINGUAL ULCER.

STARTED AZITHROMYCIN – 0.2 ML PO SID X 7 DAYS

NEBULIZATION BID X 3 DAYS

ADMINISTERED 60 ML LRS SQ – CONTINUE SID X 3 DAYS

NUTRICAL ADMINISTRATION BID X 3 DAYS

BUPRENEX 0.05 ML SL BID X 3 DAYS
