10/26/15 11:45 Ted Mosby was found as a stray. His finder stated that he has been hanging around their apartment building for the past month. He will approach stangers cautiously and will run if they get too close. Client was able to pick him up and place him in a soft sided carrier. He was quiet and calm during the transfer and the ride to the care center. During intake, Ted Mosby allowed the counselor to scan him for a microchip, pet, collar and photograph.
