10/06/15 16:52 Basic Information: Tati is an altered 5 year old domestic short hair. She was adopted as a kitten from a shelter and is being surrendered due to a child’s allergies. She has no known health problems or injuries. The owner loves how good with children she is. Social Life and Personality: Tati has lived with an infant has is relaxed, very tolerant, and gentle with him. She has not been lived with cats or dogs to know her behavior with them. She is house trained, kept indoors, and has a medium/high activity level. Her owner describes her as playful, friendly, assertive, and affectionate. Behavior: Tati enjoys baths, being brushed, being picked up, and held. She is not bothered when woken up. She struggles when placed in a carrier. For a New Family to Know: Tati is used to clay litter in hooded litter box. She likes to play with all kinds of toys such as, catnip, wand toys, string, and balls. She scratches on the leather couch and rug, and cardboard but has never been given a scratching post. When her owner is home she likes to follow them around but she also can be found sleeping the closet. She is used to eating friskee dry food. Intake Behavior: Tati sat in the carrier with a tense body but allowed all handling. She did not hiss, swat, or bite.

Tati was bought into the care center by the previous owner due to someone in the home having allergies. Tati has lived with a baby she was relaxed, very tolerant, and gentle with him. She has not been lived with cats or dogs to know her behavior with them. She litter box trained, kept indoors, and has a medium/high activity level. Her previous owner describes her as playful, friendly, assertive, and affectionate. Reaction to assessor: Tati does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed When spoken quietly: Tati does not come to front but looks at you, calm, relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: Tati remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: Tati allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: Tati is tolerant of this type of handling. Behavior Determination: Average At the time of the assessment Tati was displaying calm behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Tati is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
