PE: EENT WNL, PLN WNL ,ORAL EXAM WNL, THORACIC AUSC WNL, ABD PALP — LARGE URINARY BLADDER (EASILY EXPRESSED), M/S — AMBULATORY ON ALL FOUR LIMBS, MUSCLE ATROPHY IN BOTH HINDLIMBS AND PELVIS, SKIN/HAIR WNL, NEURO — WEAKNESS IN HINDLIMBS AND TAIL

SUSPECT SACRAL NERVE DAMAGE AND SECONDARY INCONTINENCE

STARTING ON 0.1ML METRONIDAZOLE PO BID FOR 5 DAYS ALONG WITH 20ML SQ FLUIDS Q24 FOR 5 DAYS.

RECOMMEND NEW HOPE PLACEMENT.

BEHAVIOR

Tangerine hasn’t had a Behavior Evaluation yet, but her Medical Behavior is Green.
