***GONE 08/05/15*** THREE MORE CATS FROM A GROUP OF 5 ARE NOW FACING DEATH AT NOON – COLDSTONES, TAFFY AND BEAU WERE DUMPED IN THE ACC WHEN THEIR OWNER MOVED TO NON PET FRIENDLY HOUSING!! How sad for these kitties! Their owner took them in from the outdoors and socialized them so they would be house kitties and now he moves away and dumps them to die in the kill happy ACC. BEAU, COLDSTONES and TAFFY are all afraid and wondering what they did to deserve this. Their other 2 housemates, Vanilla and Sundae have all had their chance on the euth list. Sundae is GONE and Vanilla is UNKNOWN at this time. All three of these cats are said by their heartless owner to be friendly and playful with the other kitties. However, now that they are in the shelter, they are afraid and TAFFY is NEW HOPE rated, while the other two are EXPNOCHILD. ALL THREE OF THESE CATS ARE RATED AS HEALTHY AND DO NOT HAVE THE SHELTER COLD BUT YET THEY WILL DIE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HOME AND ARE AFRAID. DON’T LET THESE HOUSEMATES SUFFER THE SAME FATE AS SUNDAE. CONTACT A RESCUE NOW AND GET THEM OFF DEATH ROW AND INTO A FUREVER HOME. THEY WILL BE FINE WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE SAFE AGAIN.

08/04/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Taffy looks tense in his cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Taffy remains crouched down facing the back of the cage, immobile in place. Reaction to touch: Taffy turns his head, squints at the assessor, and hisses intensely. Placement determination: NH ONLY Taffy is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room.
