TAD – A1057030
Gone 11-22-2015 Manhattan
**GONE 11/22/15** Sweet TAD is a lovely young LADY who came into the shelter with a basket of cats, following their former owners’ hospitalization. TAD is understandably apprehensive by the change in her circumstances, but she has held herself together well enough to earn an EXPNOCHILD rating. TAD would benefit from some loving arms around her, which means a FOSTER or ADOPTER. Everyone knows that then the ACC gets their arms around a cat, there’s NO love flowing…… Please be TAD’s hero tonight!

11/08/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Tad was calm and relaxed by the front upon approach. Reaction when softly spoken to: Tad looks around and attempts to sniff the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Tad slowly retreats to the back of her cage. Reaction to touch: Tad hisses and lip licks, but remains in place for petting and starts to breathe rapidly. She slowly warms up a little, but still seems unsure of the environment. Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Tad tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. She may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
