SYDNEY – A1056705
Gone 11-9-2015 Manhattan
***GONE 11/09/15*** SYDNEY is a frightened babygirl who joins multiple other kittens (and adult cats) on tonight’s wretched euth list. This pretty girl was brought to the shelter as a stray, and it’s no surprise that she is terrified in her new surroundings. Many adult cats, friendly cats, become rattled at the ACC so how is a young kitten supposed to keep herself together? SYDNEY would benefit from a little time to decompress in her new surroundings, and then she should become a perfect angel for whoever steps up to FOSTER or ADOPT her, tonight!

11/05/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Sydney looks tense in her cage when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Sydney remains crouched position, body held tightly, alert with eyes wide open. Reaction to touch: Sydney stress meows at first, then once touched she stiffens up in place with ears flattened to the side. Placement determination: Experience / no child Sydney tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
