SAFE***SWEETIE PIE SWEET PEA IS A FRIENDLY ONE YEAR OLD WHO NEEDS A VET VISIT……As usual the ACC is using their dartboard to determine a diagnosis…..SWEET PEA is having some hind limb tremors which is producing some swaying but he is fine in all other departments. SWEET PEA’s condition needs some investigation by a competent vet not a death sentence!! CAN YOU HELP?? If you FOSTER, the rescue helps with the vet bills while you give SWEET PEA safe haven while he gets treated. IF YOU CAN’T ADOPT, FOSTER….IT SAVES LIVES & CAN SAVE SWEET PEA TONITE!!

Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Sweet Pea was resting inside his cage upon approach. When softly spoken to, he looks at the assessor with soft eyes and is calm, relaxed, and friendly. Reaction to cage door opening: Sweet Pea remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Sweet Pea remains in place for petting and leans onto the assessor’s hand. Reaction to toy or novel object: Sweet Pea shows no interest in playing. Reaction to being picked up: Sweet Pea remains calm and allows handling. Note: Sweet Pea was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to his behavior in his previous home. He was easy to handle upon intake and during his initial medical exam. Behavior Determination: Average Sweet Pea interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
