***SAFE 04/23/15** WHO’S ISLAND IS THIS? ISLAND came in as a ‘STRAY’ but it’s obviously not so-ISLAND is a svelte girl who at 3 years of age, probably had a bowl of high calorie dry food set down for her and not much else of anything. ISLAND appeared depressed, and ACC were initially fearful of her because she sat with her head down, but she ‘approached carrier for head rubbing’ so it sounds as though this gentle girl is just seeking some reassurance and affection. ISLAND was ‘found’ in Bensonhurst Brooklyn and one wonders if perhaps she’s a lost cat…not everyone knows how to search for a cat-but whatever-ISLAND needs your help tonight. She will be killed 12 noon tomorrow without rescue-and black and white cats are one of the most likely cats to not make it out of the shelter alive. ISLAND NEEDS YOU-don’t let this little girl, who’s been betrayed to her impending death-that is without your help. STEP up and save ISLAND tonight!!! SAVE THIS SWEET ISLAND!!!!!
