SAFE 04/14/15 – MAKAYLA – A1032554 – BROOKLYN, NY
4-14-2015
Pregnant Makayla may have escaped the dreaded spay-abortion the ACC is so fond of, but she has not, yet, escaped the shelter with her life. This gorgeous EXPERIENCE-rated beauty will be killed, with her kittens still inside her, unless someone steps up to foster/adopt her. Please don’t let all of those lives be lost to a bloodthirsty shelter system! Advocate fiercely for Makayla and her unborn kittens, tonight.

04/12/2015 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Makalya came to us as a stray on 4/08/15. Upon intake it was reported that Makayla was timid but allowed petting and some handling. However she became uncomfrtoable when the counselor attempted to collar her. She can be seen in the cage with soft body language when approaching the kennel. When spoken to quietly Leia does not seem to respond and ignores the assessor completely. She does allow the assessor to touch her softly and is not tense or avoiding the assessor. The behavior department feels Makayla is suitable for an experienced home. Reaction to assessor: Does not come to the front but looks at you – is calm, relaxed and friendly When spoken to quietly: Ignores you completely Reaction to cage door opening: remains motionless or does not respond Reaction to touch: seems indifferent to your presence and touch
